Production Assembler

We are seeking a Production Assembler.

Job Description:

We are hiring an Assembly Technician who can both work independently and be a team player. The position requires a strong attention to details and strong hand/eye coordination in order to rapidly assemble products. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who is punctual and has a high standard for attendance.

Responsibilities:

– Teardown, rebuild and test complicated machines.
– Disassemble cores, and then sort and lot disassembled parts for cleaning as required
– Accumulate cleaned parts in lots for assembly
– Inspect parts for damage and separate out damaged parts to be scrapped or salvaged
– Inspect parts for cleanliness and finish clean as required
– Reassemble units, test for faulty rebuilds, then troubleshoot and reassemble unit and repair or rebuild again, as needed.
– Document production, as required.
– Perform other related tasks as directed by supervisor.
– Use common hand tools, pneumatic tools, parts washer, test equipment, etc.
