Job Overview:
We are looking to hire Machine Operator for the Service+ department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately packaging products and sealing them in bags for resale. This person will need to be detail oriented in accurately placing products in the correct packaging. The Machine Operator will also operate machinery and cut products according to specifications.
Duties:
• Support service workflow, scheduling, planning, material handling, project coordination, or customer support activities for assigned area.
• Maintain accurate records, work orders, schedules, service documentation, reports, and system updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service needs and open issues.
• Monitor deadlines, priorities, materials, service requests, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare reports, summaries, project updates, or communication materials as assigned.
• Support compliance with safety, quality, service, and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve service accuracy, efficiency, quality, and communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Ability to coordinate work, communicate priorities, and resolve service or operational issues.
• Strong documentation, data accuracy, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, customer service, and process improvement.
• Familiarity with machine operation and procedures
• Ability to operate equipment
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order pulling
• Knowledge of quality control processes
• Physical ability to lift and move packages as needed
Work Environment:
The physical work environment in Service + is a large, industrial warehouse setting that may be subject to varying temperatures depending on the season and facility type. The role is highly physical, requiring frequent walking, standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving products, sometimes weighing up to specified limits. Operators may work near loading docks, conveyor systems, and material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks. The environment can be loud due to machinery and operations, and strict adherence to safety procedures, personal protective equipment (PPE), and housekeeping standards are essential to maintain a safe and efficient workplace. Normal operations are Monday through Friday. However, there may be a business need for overtime or weekend work on occasion. Schedule may vary depending on job duties.
