We are hiring a General Labor Associate.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing goods as specified by the needs of the customers and directed through the Production Supervisor. The General Production Laborer will be working in a food manufacturing facility and will need to maintain a high level of responsibility, work ethic and quality control in order to meet production requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain machinery
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency of output
• Manufacture goods as specified by orders produced by sales team
• Inspect finished products for defects or issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Ability to use equipment safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of GMP’s for food safety
